Recruiting impact: New names

Oregon recruiting is heating up with the Ducks looking to add quite a few more names to their Class of 2013 list than currently committed. In the last week some new names have entered the scene, including one who parted ways with USC recently and is now being seriously courted by the Ducks.

Kylie Fitts was a USC commit for months, until Tuesday that all came to an end when he announced that he was re-opening his recruitment. The Ducks were quick to pounce and now the nation's No. 7-ranked strongside defensive end says he spoke with Chip Kelly on Thursday and is planning to visit one of the next three weekends.

The Ducks do not have any defensive ends committed yet to the class and could certainly find room for one given the graduation of Dion Jordan.
