Recruits typically take an official visit to the school they commit to, usually before making their decision. However, the College of the Sequoia's defensive end/outside linebacker, Tovie Martin, did it differently and committed to the Eastern Illinois Panthers on April 4. However, he will be in Charleston later this month for his official visit. JCGridiron spoke with Martin to discuss his commitment to the Panthers.
