East Central Community College outside linebacker Donnie Smith picked up an offer from Louisiana-Monroe on October 30. It was the latest offer for Smith, who committed to Troy on August 4. He also has offers from Prairie View A&M, Texas State, Houston, and Arkansas State. In nine games for the Warriors this season, he has 82 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, 5 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles, in helping them to the MACCC South Division Championship.
