Reedley College offensive lineman Jauresee Howard committed to Delaware State on Tuesday night. The JCGridiron Third Team All-American and All-CCCAA First Team selection picked up an offer from the Hornets on April 2, but had been in contact with them and head coach Desean Jackson a couple of months before.
