Dodge City CC's Jowhar Franklin picks up an offer from Sacramento State
Dodge City Community College defensive tackle Jowhar Franklin was a highly recruited high school prospect out of New Orleans in 2024. However, due to certain issues that arose, he took the JUCO route and ended up in Kansas with the Conquistadors.
Franklin received his latest offer from the Sacramento State Hornets on March 28. JCGridiron spoke with him to discuss the offer and his recruitment.
